Best Vegan Restaurants in South Amboy

we've been a few times. every one has been outstanding! window tables have a spectacular view of the bridge & lower manhattan, with the east river ferries docking so close you could almost touch them. catch dom on piano if you can; he's been playing there for decades and with good reason. the best wait staff you'll find anywhere! stunning entrance plantings at the end of the cobblestone drive. oh yeah, the chow... last night, nantucket bay scallops for appetizer, sea bass for main course, "the bridge" for dessert, plus additional on-the-house items. all excellent. russian caviar for those with too much disposable income. don't forget: bring your home equity line of credit or similar. well worth it. go big or go home.

Excellent! Food was delicious and beautifully presented, service was amazing, decor/ambiance was perfect, valet was convenient since parking is very limited.

A few work colleagues and I went for a nice dinner. They had a live performer, and the ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant were so nice. Food was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back.

Always a great meal with fantastic service at this and all the Cecconi's locations that I have frequented worldwide. We were happy to get a table with a view and try some creative cuisine. The whipped ricotta with truffle was superb. I feel like a lot of restaurants have the same menus these days and the chef really puts his own spin on some basic items and really makes them mouth watering. Quite the enjoyable experience!

Appetizers were really flavor full. Cocktails need some work. Entrees leave a lot to be desired. Food was dry. A basic hamburger should still have some flavor. Meatloaf was u recognizable as meatloaf and very dry as well. Ambience was nice and staff really very friendly and helpful. Given that there are so many options in close proximity they will need to up their flavor game to compete.
