The staff were excellent and so polite, both me and my partner commented about it to each other

Had a lovely meal as always only slight complaint was the restaurant was very cold as the door was left open another diner also asked for the door to be closed staff very friendly and professional as always, door was closed when we asked

A very enjoyable relaxed evening. Fabulous food, and warm service/ attention to detail. Have dined at Michelin starred restaurants and The Jackdaw should be fully accredited! And they know their wine /drinks matching. Love the fact that all spirits are Welsh. We will hopefully be back in 2025.

Beautiful restaurant. Very attentive staff giving good service. Our meals were delicious and not too expensive. Would recommend highly if you're visiting the zoo. Make sure you book early though, several people were turned away or had to book in for much later!

11 of us went for Sunday Lunch at the Marion Resort and Spa. Thank you To our hosts David and Ricardo and the ladies who served us. The food was excellent, the setting and views and live music added to a very enjoyable afternoon. We will be back. 👏👏👏👏 Should also mention Diane the restaurant receptionist who took our booking as she was very professional and managed this largish booking well.
