Amazing food and service, made anniversary really special!

Bought as a Christmas present for my wife and I and have to say thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This meant we didn’t have to queue as we’ve seen happen previously. Although the afternoon tea tiers don’t look much, we found it filling so much so we had take away the sweet treats to consume later. Excellent service and there was no sense of eat up and leave. Also enjoyed the piano playing in the background. Highly recomnend a visit.

We visited Cut & Craft in York on Saturday to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. To start, we shared the pork and calamari starters, and both were absolutely outstanding—full of flavor and beautifully presented. For mains, we opted for the flat iron steaks, which were cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the thick-cut chips and fries. The mac and cheese we ordered as a side was indulgent and delicious, completing the meal perfectly. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team went above and beyond to make the evening feel special. We’ll definitely be returning—Cut & Craft is a gem in York for anyone who loves great food and a lively dining experience. Highly recommended!

They fitted us in earlier than our time we’re extremely helpful and the service was fast and efficient even though the restaurant was packed out.
