Best Waterfront Restaurants in Marpole

Not as good as last time, service could be better, the seat was super small, had to squeeze ourselves in……pizza and tiramisu were still the best, risotto and fish could be improved

The view is lovely and the space is bright and well appointed but it’s very loud. The food was very good and the service was efficient. Overall a very nice lunch experience.

I was happy to see that The Buffet at River Rock is using OpenTable to manage reservations. We went on Valentine's Day and were pleased with the food selection, cleanliness, and attention from all of the staff. They actually ran out of plated briefly because the food was so good and the place was busy.

Went here for Valentine’s day. We tried their 4 course dinner and it did not disappoint us. The food was delicious and the ambiance setting was romantic with petals on the table. Our server Kevin, was fabulous. Will definitely be back again.

We went to blue canoe for dine out which was great, initially the appetizers took a while to come out, but after they did it was smooth sailing from there. The Risotto was really well done, crab cakes were nice, and overall we really enjoyed the experience. We were also in a rush to pick someone up from the airport, and after asking to receive the entree and dessert together, the wait staff was able to oblige to get us out faster. All in all, great seafood house in a great location.
