Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. This is an awesome experience and a great opportunity to learn about the various types of Mezcals and Mole sauces. Be ready to drink though as they serve you 7 different mezcal, each artistanlly crafted with very unique flavor profiles. These are expertly paired with little tasters of different mole sauces. The place can be tricky to find since there is no sign outside. Follow Google maps to the address and ring the doorbell.
