- NNicoleVIPColumbus •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time here. We came in for brunch and we loved what we had. We had the she crab soup….delicious! We also had the crab Benedict and Buttermilk chicken. It was all really good! The only reason we left before having one more cup of the great coffee was the girl three tables down popping her gum. Not the restaurants fault, but we almost went over to her and asked her if she was enjoying her gum. Very nice place and they still have less than classy people coming in.More infoHank's Low Country Seafood & Raw BarPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Columbus•4.6
- EEmmyColumbus •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI booked this restaurant for my daughters 17th birthday because I wanted something special. Wow did they come through! We had a reservation at 4:30 and when we check into our hotel room which was a block away we discovered her birthday dress was still hanging up at home an hour away. She forgot it since it wasn’t in her overnight bag. Long story short we got the dress but had called the restaurant to let them know we would be almost an hour late would we still be able to come. The gentleman who answered the phone said absolutely and her birthday won’t be spoiled on our end! Relief in that moment one act of kindness gave. We get there at 5:20 to a beautiful table, incredible service, and outstanding food. From me being able to sample a couple of the white wines and settling on a delicious one from France. To our steak being cooked perfectly medium rare and that peppercorn sauce amazing. The lobster was delicious, picked two sides which my daughter loves a good gourmet Mac and cheese this one was perfect! They even give a complimentary dessert and candle. Never did we have an empty water glass and the continuous staff was either wishing her happy birthday or asking if we needed anything. If you want exceptional service, amazing food and a great experience please don’t skip this one! They even made sure we had plenty of time to get to the nutcracker!More infoButcher & RosePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Columbus•4.7
- JJenniferColumbus •12 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur first visit to Chouette and - WOW - did we enjoy! Loved the holiday decor and ambience. The service was excellent and every dish was sublime. We enjoyed the oysters, a cheese plate, (lovely presentation with chutney, dried fruit and nuts), the tenderloin, salmon, linguine with lobster, ratatouille, and every dessert listed. One of our favorite birthday celebrations in years.More infoChouettePrice: Expensive• French• Columbus•4.5
- PPhilColumbus •22 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024Kudos to Forno for creating a fun seasonal pop-up speakeasy in the basement for the holidays. Decorations, including vintage video, set the mood for apres-ski R&R. Special themed drinks were great, especially the espresso martinis, and the six of us devoured the fondue. Would've been nice if they'd offered a couple more menu items like personal-size pizzas/flatbread from the kitchen upstairs, and maybe a little bigger assortment of dipping items for the cheese fondue than just orange cubed bell pepper, bread, and apple slices (maybe more fruit?), but the whole experience was enjoyable on our pop-up pub crawl.More infoForno Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• American• Short North - Arena District•4.7
