Best Fun Restaurants in Des Moines

Our server was charming and the food delicious ! We had a lovely table by the fire and really enjoyed our dining experience.

Not many menu choices and all choices are high in price which I can understand, but more menu options that are mid level in price would be nice and probably draw more business. I had to sit and wait a long time for extra napkins after receiving the first part of my food because the waitress forgot. She was very busy but, checked on other people more than once before finally coming over to see if I needed anything. When I reminded her, she was very apologetic, but it didn't change that I sat there for about 15-20 minutes waiting for paper napkins so I was comfortable eating my food that I had to use my hands to eat some of.

My wife and I took my dad, who is 85, out for dinner. William did a great job as our server. The meal and drinks were great all around especially in that my ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. A great night…we’ll be back soon.

The food and ambiance was nice. It’s very quaint and just the right size.

Very nice restaurant, great views and service! I try and visit at least one per trip to the NW.
