Everything was truly world-class from the oil and aged vinegar served with the focaccia, to the home-made ginger beer, to the fresh vegetables and mozzarella in the Caprese salad, and the AMAZING short ribs and pasta. Vegetables cooked lightly and very flavorful. Wonderful dessert. Quaint setting in an older home.
