The idea came from a mirror in an antiques market and a love for a more informal approach to dining, the result is a chippy in North London with old church pews bolted to the walls to be leaned on and eaten from. Very attentive and informative staff, perfectly cooked and brilliantly seasoned meat, cooked to our preferences. Generous sides packed full of flavour. Creative and delicious cocktails. We treated ourselves to the cheesecake and the grandma style serving lived up to its name. Amazingly good value overall and a delightful experience. Replicates the feeling of a decent New York steakhouse, no stuffiness, just a passion for food and looking after people.

A refreshingly different menu using seasonal ingredients. We enjoyed everything we ordered which was more filling than we had expected. (Had to take some home in a doggy bag). Quite expensive for what we had but I am slowly getting used to having to pay more, quite a lot more, in good restaurants these days. Service was excellent and ambience was great.
