Haikan is our second Sapporo Ramen shop in DC after Daikaya. Haikan means, “pipe works” in Japanese, an ode to Atlantic Plumbing Building where we are located. The menu was creative, the selections that I tried were outstanding (apart from the pork belly). The ambiance was hip and cool ,love the nu disco selections that were playing and classics. Comfortable seating and very attentive service.. kudos to the bartender the drinks were amazing- flavor profiles five stars -Will definitely be back and this time bringing friends
