    Our server Benjamin was phenomenal from start to finish. My fiance and both have worked in the industry for years, in Boston, Nantucket and Aspen and he is the best server we have ever had. The food was excellent, the vibes, top notch and the photo booth was so much fun!

    This was our first visit to Baldamar. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. I knew the menu looked good but we had no idea what to expect going in. It was one of the top experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, sexy, and fun. We were greeted at our table with some confetti and a birthday card. Mason was our server and he made the experience so special. He took the time to walk us through the menu and the specials and offered us personal recommendations which we needed since everything looked wonderful! We had the holiday charcuterie board which we absolutely devoured. My husband ordered the prime ribeye and I had the miso sea bass- delicious! We will definitely be back and recommend Baldamar to any of our friends and family looking for a top-of-the-line chop house experience without the traditional pretentiousness.
