- KKaia RoseNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy friends and I recently attended an amazing pasta-making class at Aunt Jake’s with the incredible Chef Anthony, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! Chef Anthony not only taught us how to make pasta from scratch but also kept the whole class laughing throughout. His humor was the perfect touch, making the learning process even more enjoyable. He had everyone smiling as he shared tips, tricks, and a few hilarious stories from his time in the kitchen. The hands-on part of the class was a blast! We learned how to make pasta dough, roll it out, and shape it into beautiful creations. Chef Anthony’s clear instructions and funny anecdotes made it feel effortless, even for us beginners. We also ordered separate dishes, which were delicious, and got to take home the pasta we made to cook later. The pasta, drinks, and dessert we enjoyed at the end of the class were the perfect reward for all our hard work. The warm, welcoming atmosphere at Aunt Jake’s, combined with Chef Anthony’s lively personality, created an unforgettable evening. If you’re looking for a fun night out that’s both entertaining and educational, I can’t recommend this class enough. Chef Anthony’s humor and expert guidance made the experience even more enjoyable.More infoAunt Jake's Pasta ExperiencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Upper East Side•4.9

- DDianeVIPNew York City •24 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHaving experienced Alsatian cuisine many times at its source, my wife and I are delighted with Chef Philippe Roussel’s approach, characterized by lightness and a certain elegance. No comfort food here. One will also find non-Alsatian offerings on the extensive menu. The team out front is both professonal and pleasant and the room is beautifully decorated. Nous sommes tres, tres content.More infoCafe d'AlsacePrice: Moderate• French• Upper East Side•4.8
- FFredNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoOn the evening of Thursday, December 26, 2024 we dined at Red Rooster & it was a lovely experience. We are a totally blind couple & the staff could not have been more accommodating. Our waitress, Autumn could not have been nicer and more attentive. Each time she put down an item, she told us where she put the item & what each thing was. She made drink recommendations & they were spot on. The food was delicious & we asked if they could cut up our stakes & they did so, willingly and without any hesitation. It was the best dining experience we have ever had. We were honored that the Chef came out & spoke to us about the food. He re-assured us that each time we were there the service would be at the same standards, top notch. The security guard was so nice to escort us to our cab. We highly recommend the Red Rooster for a fabulous dining experience.More infoRed Rooster HarlemPrice: Moderate• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Harlem•4.8
- PPhenchanVIPNew York City •17 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoI have been here like half a dozen times and every time I always get excited to come back. However this time I felt like something was missing and lacking. They raised the price but everything was still the same. The service was still very good but for some reason I felt like it wasn’t as good and as fun as it used to be. The food didn’t taste as amazing, maybe because they were all the same as before so it didn’t surprise me anymore. I felt a bit rushed for each course, maybe because there were not many people at the dinner. Still, the hosts should have found the way to entertain the guests in order to keep up the reputation of the restaurant. Though I and my party were having good time among ourselves, I just thought that it would have been better if things were different. I also thought that they should change the menu more often to keep regular customers coming back and still be able to have fun.More infoSushi on Me - Jackson HeightsPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Jackson Heights•4.9
