Ole offers an atmosphere unlike any other in Solon—sophisticated and sexy, yet warm and inviting enough for any occasion. From the moment you walk in, you feel transported. The tapas are a delight—fun to share, with bold but perfectly balanced flavors that don’t overwhelm. Standouts for us were the halibut, lamb chops, and risotto—all cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The cocktails are fresh, well-balanced, and almost too pretty to drink (almost!). Service was attentive, friendly, and spot-on throughout the evening. Ole is a welcome and refreshing addition to the Solon dining scene.

Blue Canyon never disappoints. There are so many rooms within the restaurant so you never feel how big the place is. Great service and delicious dinner. My friend and I each ordered from the early (before 6:30) menu. I had the salmon and she had the pretzel crusted trout. Both outstanding. Even the salad was memorable.
