The flavor of everything we ate was 5 out of five we actually cleared the plate even with the cold food. What made the night even more exceptional was the response to our complaint of the cold food. Not only did our server Carla, apologize and tell us she was going to make it right, Chef Fernando, personally came to our table and apologized and took full responsibility for his crew. They provided us a free dessert, we didn't ask for anything for the error in the temperature we just wanted them to be aware, and then continue to let us know that he was dedicated to making it right. When's the last time any restaurant did that for anybody? We will 100% come back next time we're in San Jose del Cabo and highly recommend it to everybody.
