- WWilliamWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFilomena is a wonderful place to have special occasions or just a fancy dinner. We've been there several times and each time it has been exquisite. If you aren't watching your waistline, anything in the Cardinale sauce is to die for. It can be a bit pricey, you get what you pay for and then some. Easily one of my favorites in the area and highly recommended. Can't wait for our next time back.More infoFilomena RistorantePrice: Expensive• Italian• Georgetown•4.8
- RRichardWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time dining in DC and it was really easy to get to, only yards away from a bus stop. It had a beautiful, soft lit atmosphere with rustic mirrors, lively plants, and wooden tables. It was odd at first to be sat at a four person table when just my boyfriend and I were eating, but it seems like there wasn't any two people table options (there were a lot of large parties at the restaurant). Each table had it's own faux candle and cute (real) flower in water. We got the risotto balls as an appetizer and it was DELICIOUS, wow the sauce was so good. Our server was very kind, attentive, and accommodating (my boyfriend wanted to change his drink after she walked away to place it and changed it without a problem). I ordered the lasagna and he got the rigatoni. WOW both were VERY GOOD. We also got the My Veronca cocktail - very yummy too. We also took part in the seasonal Bundt cake (apple white chocolate caramel) which was vey indulgent and a fantastic texture. Would recommend for a date or small gathering: families, groups of college kids were there, young people, and couples were all there. Our waitress was also very honest with us about he tiramisu (not the best since she had high standards) which I appreciated because I too have high standards for tiramisu.More infoNorth Italia - Washington DCPrice: Moderate• Italian• West End•4.4

- OOliverWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe food was absolute perfection. The fresh guacamole was phenomenal. The fish taco was so delicious it required ordering another one! We were seated early and the entire wait staff was welcoming and professional. They set the standard for authentic Mexican cuisine. - BBrianNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 16, 2025The food was very good, but the menu is not expansive at all - kinda the way Ramsay likes it. We're from NJ where our standards for pizza are very high, and this pizza was good! Wing bites sauces were really good, and the salads were tasty. Small but pretty good beer selection. Service was excellent, very attentive but not bothering. There could have been less music playing throughout, but it stopped us from hearing everyone around us I suppose. The whole atmosphere regardiong the lighting was a little too dark for our liking. But, we'll be back. Overall, good pick.More infoGordon Ramsay Street Pizza - Washington DCPrice: Expensive• Pizza Bar• Penn Quarter•3.9
