- HHeidiFort Lauderdale •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSo we come to St. Augustine quite a few times … And I can say every time we visit this is the place we most want to come. Excellent food excellent service prices are great for the level of food that you are getting… Big portions. Only thing would be a suggestion to definitely definitely make reservations, especially during the busy times of the year . - TTomPhoenix / Arizona •27 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe like this place for the food, staff, and atmosphere! Takes you back in time and it feels like you are in a speak easy from the 1920's. Food is always great, as well as the drinks! Alice, our server was helpful and attentive to our needs and the lack of ability to pick something on the menu with so many good choices!More infoForgotten TonicPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• St. Augustine•4.8
- EElizabethVIPJacksonville / Northeast Florida •772 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis was our first time back to the historic house (formerly owned by Maria Jefferson Shine, Thomas Jefferson's great granddaughter) on Bridge St. since Preserved closed more than a year ago. My husband and I wanted to eat on the porch and a table was reserved for us there but the wind and drizzle made us change our mind and sit inside. The lunch menu is rather pricey but the quality of the selections is in line with the pricing. We split a cup of the Minorcan chowder - best we have ever had highlighted by he smokey tomato broth and abundance of clams. For our entrees, my husband ordered the Royal (burger with frites) and I had the Cesar salad. Both of us were pleased with our selections. We had hot tea (several Tazo varieties to choose from) to accompany our meal. Alex provided outstanding service including refilling cold and hot water (for the tea) when appropriate. The wine list is extensive so my husband and I will be back for dinner soon. Highly recommended..More infoLa NouvellePrice: Moderate• French• St. Augustine•4.9
- CCynthiaOrlando / Central Florida East •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024Great restaurant in the middle of the historic district of St. Augustine. Loved the old house feel. Server was always available until the end of our meal when we needed to leave for an event. We had to bypass coffee as it was taking 30 minutes for dessert and coffee. The staff was exceptional. The meal cooked and served excellently. The ambiance might have been better with a different table. We were seated in a small room in back by the black curtain where staff continued to go back and forth. I would suggest when you make a reservation to see if you can get into the main dining area.More infoMichael's St. AugustinePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• St. Augustine•4.8
- SSanfordJacksonville / Northeast Florida •22 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024We are regulars at Cordova and love it. Christmas Eve was extremely busy and we found it difficult to find a place to sit in the lounge while waiting for our dinner reservation at 6:30. The kitchen was slow and we didn't finish dinner until 9:30. We'll definitely go back but this experience was out of the ordinary. We have dined here on Christmas Eve for the last 6 years so it's become somewhat of a tradition for us. Never had this much of a delay in the past.More infoCordovaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• St. Augustine•4.2
