- RRexHawaii •11 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur server was Mandy. She was AMAZING!! She made sure we had an excellent time, and gave amazing service! We do not remember seeing it posted in the menu that the tip would be included on the bill. If it was there, it should be more visible, as to not be a surprise when the bill comes. That is not good business, nor good for your staff. Mandi’s tip would have been at least 25% (because she was so wonderful!) had it not been 18% on our bill. You really did her a disservice. The FLAT plates are beautiful, yet NOT something that food with any juice/liquid should be placed upon! When our meals were served, steak juice went all over me as the food runner placed the plate upon our table. Mandy was extremely apologetic and offered everything she could/within her power to make it right. It was ok, because she was NOT at fault… the owners were… poor decision to use flat plates!!!! The manager offered dry cleaning, but our flight home was the next day, so no dry cleaning could be done here. We were served free dessert. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time!! ALL of the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. We travel here often for both business and pleasure, and will be back! Our dinner guest was with Hilton management, and she was so impressed, that she will be bringing her clients to this location, as often as she can. We will most definitely ask for Mandy!More infoBoketto SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• St. Louis Park•4.6
- EEileenMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe sat in a cozy area to the left of the entrance, near the coffee bar. We have always on the past been deated in the larger dining area. We really enjoyed our “new” location! It felt warm and cozy, and appreciated the attentiveness of the wait staff.More infoGood Day CafePrice: Moderate• American• St. Louis Park•4.7
- CChristianMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review4.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024If you're going to Punchbowl for the food, expect to be disappointed. If you're going because there's an arcade and activities and they just happen to have food too, then it's not too bad. The staff were amazing at being responsive and helpful. 10/10 staff! Chicken & Waffle was pretty unappetizing. Large slab of chicken that was tough and chewy, difficult to cut even with the provided steak knife, waffle was as bland as a two star hotel waffle, and the "hot honey" drizzle was meh. Strawberries weren't too bad but being out of season there were plenty of tough bitter ones. The Hot honey & syrup helped. Burgers were OK. Nothing to write home about, but inoffensive. It's pretty hard to screw up a burger but I've absolutely found places that can do it. Thankfully not here. Fries were thin, crispy but not in the good way, but plenty of them. Think McDonalds fries if they somehow overcooked them significantly. The Pork Belly BLT sandwich was difficult to eat as a sandwich, as the number of toppings inside the sandwich caused all the fillings to just spill out of the somewhat soggy bun. Eating with a fork and knife was the only way to make it through. Decent combo of flavors though. The appetizers were good though. Pretzel bites were very enjoyable. Go for the games, get some appetizers to snack on while playing the arcade cabinets, claw machines, and bowling, and find a better meal elsewhere.More infoPunch Bowl Social - MinneapolisPrice: Moderate• American• St. Louis Park•4.2

- MMarkMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024Are at Rojo tonight. Was quite busy and thus very loud. Server was busy, but got us drinks and took our order quickly. Great food. The enchiladas were served in a mini skillet—they were excellent. We all enjoy the fresh chips and salsa as well.More infoRojo Mexican Grill - St. Louis ParkPrice: Moderate• Mexican• St. Louis Park•4.6
