We arrived at 5:30 and the view was stunning over the water. Food was incredible. Service a bit rushed even though we had plenty of time with a 2 hour allocation. We haven’t been to this restaurant for some time but will definitely go back soon.

Brightwater Hotel is a local hotel overlooking the lake at Brightwater. I was greeted by waiting staff on arrival and guided to our table for 6 - unfortunately due to illness 2 of our group were unable to attend. I was guided to our table and provided with menus and a drinks list. I was asked if I wanted a drink - yes and paid for it at time of order - sooo easy. The rest of the crew arrived and ordered drinks - paid for individually. We then ordered meals and paid individually - again sooo easy. Food came out after a short wait and everyone was pleased with their choice, cost and service Well done staff. A lovely afternoon had by all - simple and easy process and not too noisy. Would highly recommend this venue
