Best Healthy Restaurants in Desert Shores

We were celebrating my husband‘s 50th birthday. We love the caviar and Veuve. Fantastic price for a Hidden Gem in Las Vegas . Enjoy it. The food is fantastic and our server for the last two times has been Christian. He is a phenomenal server has loads of patience and always keeps us smiling. Can’t wait to come back Just for the impeccable service that he gives alone. Thank you. 

We’d been talking about trying this restaurant for a couple years! Absolutely loved the intimate dining room. I was bummed they did not sell champagne by the glass nor did they acknowledge that we were there celebrating a birthday (they did celebrate a birthday and anniversary on either side of us). Escargot was the best thing we had. The Brie croquettes were not hot and the shrimp and lobster in the risotto were both overcooked. This restaurant would be great for a young couple or friends. If you’ve been to France and have a more refined pallet, maybe pass.

We had an awesome experience. The food was great. You have to always get the White Garlic Truffle Bread to start your meal. My husband tried the salmon for the first time, he absolutely loved it. I got the chicken pesto with regular pasta. I usually get it with vegetable noodles but forgot to order it that way. OMG the pasta was so light and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server Wyatt was a joy to have. He was conversational and truly a nice gentleman. He made the experience 100% perfect.

our server was kind enough to give my son an additional lemonade for free, but i ended up buying another drink because it was so good. everything was delicious and wanted to dessert but was too full with the big servings so we even have to go boxes as we have not finished esting the big serving of food. love this place!

we went in for a quick dinner, my wife had the beet salad and it was outstanding, then she had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for a main course, we have had the soup previously and it did not disappoint in any manner!!! i had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup as well and the Smoked Salmon Tartare,. the Tartare was a disappointment for sure, the salmon was diced very coarsely (big chunks) and many pieces had gristle in them, will not order that dish again. In addition, the "rice chips" were bland and mostly hard to swallow and did not pair well with salmon at all. As always, the service was splendid and friendly like always.
