After they moved closer to the Fire Island Ferry dock and built their new location I was afraid that size might negatively impact the overall fantastic experience that has always been Lake House's standard. No chance! It's still one of the top restaurants on Long Island and the service, food and ambiance remains excellent. Consistency in the restaurant business is always the most difficult achievement and Lake House meets that bar with flying colors. Thanks to them for a terrific meal on Saturday night!More infoThe LakehousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Bay Shore•4.7

The 180 day dry aged steak was phenomenal in every way from the cut to the cook to the amazing sauce and perfectly seared foie gras.More infoBistro EtePrice: Very Expensive• French• Southampton•4.9
- DDanielNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 3, 2024My wife and I visited Dimon Estate Restaurant last night for restaurant week. The value was incredible. The food was par excellent. The staff was friendly and very attentive. My wife had the grilled shrimp appetizer and I had the cranberry Brie with honey. Both were delicious. We both had the pan seared salmon with the dill sauce over a generous amounts of a creamy purée of sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus. So yum! The desserts were on point. Especially, my go to favorite crème brûlée. All and all another great experience on a Fall Sunday night out on the NF!More infoThe Dimon EstatePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Riverhead•4.4
