Warm greeting, superb service (thanks Kelly!), exceptionally great food (Mista salad, Chilean sea bass, veal parmigiana and special strawberry chocolate mousse/ pudding w/ meringue dessert).     Did the Vday PreFix menu. It was good and tasty, the only slight disappointment was dessert, none of us were wowed and that was a missed opportunity to cap off a great experience. Service by Fatima was EXCELLENT!! Host staff and manager were all great.

    My wife and I have been going to Rumi's at Avalon for years. The food is always AMAZING and the staff very courteous, friendly, and responsive. We have never had a bad experience and no matter what dish we try, it is SO flavorful. If you like Persian/Mediterranean food, you have to go to Rumi's!

    It was our ten year anniversary so after ordering oysters (delicious!) and cocktails, we decided to order broiled lobster, which since they hadn’t updated the menu-they were not serving it. Okay, so we decided to go somewhere else. After explaining this to our amazing Server, O.D. He spoke to the Chef, Eddie. Eddie visited our table, apologized that the lobster was not available to be served the way we like, but he said that he would accommodate us and prepare it especially for us since it was our anniversary. He also served us a few complimentary dishes and a glass of champagne, too! The food was absolutely amazing, and we gave a generous tip to O.D in appreciation for going above and beyond. Chef’s kiss to Eddie and we will be returning.
