Best Healthy Restaurants in Scotts Valley

It was our first time at Nobu, and we weren't sure what to expect. We were impressed by both the food, and the service. The food quality was amazing. Each dish they brought out was like a little piece of art. The flavors were varied, unique, and delicious. It was one of the most enjoyable meals I can remember. Every Nobu employee we encountered was very friendly and professional. Our server, Andy, did a great job of guiding us through the overwhelming choices on the menu. "Gonzo" Gonzales made sure our drinks were topped up, and dishes were cleared away at just the right moment, without interrupting our conversation. This is a high-end dining experience, and priced accordingly. If you love food, and want a truly amazing experience, give Nobu Palo Alto a try.

Second visit to the Plumed Horse and we were impressed. The 8 course tasting service was phenomenal! Small dishes with sweet and savory flavors that danced around in our mouths. Excellent service from all the staff and such culinary talent from the chef. We were celebrating a belated Valentines Day and judging by the full dining room, a lot of couples had the same idea. We look forward to another fantastic dining experience at the Plumed Horse.

Our server was PHENOMENAL. SO kind and patient and thoughtful and knowledgeable. Just smiled the whole time and did not appear rushed even though the room was packed. Great suggestions, had apparently tried everything on the menu, and really wanted to make sure we got whatever we wanted /needed out of the evening. Was the food the most amazing thing on the planet? No… but it was straight up, solid. Like 4.75/5. Flavorful, cooked exactly as it should, fresh, and balanced. We would 100% go back. Such a great vibe and experience. Thank you for giving us a wonderful evening out! We needed it.

Evvia is one of my favorite all time restaurants. The food is consistently excellent and the service impeccable. Favorite dishes include the spreads, the Evvia salad, Greek salad, avgolemono soup, anything with lamb and the whole fish. The pasta never disappoints and if you want a hearty dish their moussaka is the very best outside Greece.

We stayed at the resort and went to the restaurant for our anniversary. Shoutout to the host! She was super sweet and professional (we didn’t catch her name unfortunately) its nice to meet someone with vreat personality. Our server andrew was super nice too! The best customer service i’ve ever had! We got the bone in short ribs, and burger for entree. We liked the burger more, also we ordered a calamari for an appetizer it was the best calamari we ever had!! Definitely will come back there
