Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper.
