Best Historic Restaurants in Cardiff By The Sea

Our dining experience was perfect... we pretty much got seated close to our reservation time. Appetizers and cocktails came out in a reasonable time. Main courses came out together (we had a party of 6) and were delicious. Desert was fantastic. We never felt rushed, nor did we feel that they forgot about us. It was perfect. The ambiance of the place is really cool. While we were waiting to be seated, we checked out the museum... lot's a very cool early American (pilgrim type) stuff. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Very nice experience at lunch as I usually enjoy Chart House for dinner. Made reservations, via Open Table, and was lucky enough to get an ocean view table. Just gorgeous views of the ocean and surfers. Food was delicious, service was impeccable (Bryce was wonderful) and celebrated a birthday, receiving a yummy mud pie, complimentary.

The meal was wonderful. Don’t miss the deviled egg appetizer. The lobster salads were great, as was the duck confit and Dover sole. The interior is warm and inviting.

Great place to watch sports for sure. Cocktails and beer selection is fantastic! We had crab cakes for an appetizer, outstanding. The shrimp and grits is very authentic New Orleans style. Great burger too. We are adding this to our rotation.
