- NNancyAlabama •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAfternoon tea was lovely! Brown Palace beautifully decorated for Christmas, so festive! Atmosphere was cheery and bright and had all the holiday feels. I had heard that the BP had gone downhill a bit, but that was not at all our experience. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and polite. Our server was wonderful and attentive, and the food was terrific! Added bonus there was a piano player and he was wonderful and made the event even more special! Highly recommend!More infoAfternoon Tea at the Brown PalacePrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown / LoDo•4.6
- RRyanvipPortland / Oregon •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was excellent and so were the cocktails! The little details that show how the space was once a school are exciting, from the menus to the names of the cocktails to the fact that they retained so many classic components of the school make the space really exciting!More infoTeachers’ Lounge Food + DrinkPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / LoDo•4.4
- AAlexanderOrlando / Central Florida East •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Such great history. More old style banquet hall space dining room still elegant and beautiful. The hotel itself stunning was interested in tea but fully committed. Dawa and the team took great care of us and were on top of everything offering such genuine care and made celebrating my best friends birthday extra special! The food was phenomenal a lot of brunch options with some exciting new options. The bacon wrapped sausage in maple bbq a must try while the croissant and fruit tray makes the best starter. Thank you all again!More infoEllyngton'sPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown / LoDo•4.5
- KKaralynnSeattle / Eastern Washington •8 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024Went here 2x when in Denver this fall. For a tavern, the food was extra good. For lunch, the Caesar salad was among the best I've ever had, and the shrimp salad sandwich with tarragon was excellent. For dinner, for vegetarians they had a tofu steak with potatoes and vegetables that was also top notch. Drinks were good too. Service was attentive and friendly without being bothersome. And its location in the spectacular Brown Palace hotel can't be beat.More infoShip TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / LoDo•4.1
- JjennifervipChicago / Illinois •4 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 2, 2024The service and the historical aspect of the restaurant was amazing! However, the food was overpriced for what it was. They need to cut 20.00-25.00 off each entree price and I think they would have higher ratings overall.More infoPalace ArmsPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown / LoDo•3.5
