The 57th Fighter Group Restaurant is a unique restaurant located in Atlanta which commemorates the historic 57th fighter squadron of World War II. As one might expect, the walls of the restaurant are covered with decor, art and photographs of the era, particularly planes and pilots of the U.S. Air Force during the 1940s. A hidden gem.Enjoy a relaxing setting in one of our inside dining rooms complete with fireplaces, a touch of jazz music playing throughout, and an incredible view of the airport with taxiing planes and helicopters. If you want to go even further into the 57th experience, head over to our lounge where we have two full bars, a dancefloor, and a large outdoor patio right next to the runway of the airport to get that full feeling of being next to the aircraft. Brandon was an excellent server. He was training another server and his attention to both ensuring a quality customer experience as well as an effective employee training was apparent. The salmon was fantastic, and the spinach + artichoke dip was a great start. If you’re around during the holidays, ask about the off menu egg nog cocktail!

Exceptional food and outstanding service! The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Beautiful view of the river. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the server made it a special experience. I also appreciated assistance with food selection due to a food allergy. I highly recommend Canoe for anyone wanting a really nice dining experience.

We had the best time with friends at 57th Fighter Group. The setting is so unique and fun, the food was spot-on, and the service was impeccable! Ashley is fantastic, and everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed watching the planes land as we ate, and the whole experience made for a super enjoyable night out.
