Will certainly go back again.More infoJedediah HawkinsPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Riverhead•4.8
- JJamesNew York City •58 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024Always hesitate to leave a positive review because it only means a favorite eating place will get even more jammed. That said, we like coming to the Public House. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is plentiful and generally quite delicious. Julia our server was especially friendly, but without intruding. After taking our orders, she checked back several times to see if everything was ok and/or if we needed anything more. (On other occasions, Marsha has been great, but she does not work on Saturdays). The food was good. New England Clam Chowder. French Onion Soup & Chopped Wedge Salads were delicious. Wings were good; Chicken Picatta less so because the lemon sauce with capers tasted definitely like an add on instead of being infused into the chicken. All in all, however, it was another good evening... and a good dinner. We'll be back!More infoSouthampton Publick HousePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Southampton•4.5
- KKimNew York City •78 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Dimon Estate is a really lovely place! It has old world charm and a big bonus is that the tables are nicely spaced so you don't feel cramped as one can in many other restaurants. The menu is seasonal although favorites from the previous season were updated to reflect Autumn availability. There are many options to enjoy. We had the eggplant parmigiana (with added shrimp) and shrimp scampi. Of note, the scampi was more of a shrimp marinara over pasta but it was delicious in any event. The service was quite good. Were love bread and wish that they provided some although the portions were ample so we didn't really need it! We will definitely be going back.More infoThe Dimon EstatePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Riverhead•4.5
