Best Historic Restaurants in Edgemont

We had a lovely lunch at Black Powder Tavern. So glad we had a reservation as the place was packed within minutes of our arrival. Parking is easy, interior was warm and cozy. Service was excellent, warm and friendly. We both ordered a Winter Sunrise mocktail...tasty! Shared a plate of Crispy Brussels Sprouts that were out-of-this-world delicious. We each ordered salads with grilled shrimp: Harvest and Thai Noodle. Beautiful presentation, generous portions, crisp fresh veggies packed with flavor. Will definitely return!

Pricey but excellent food. Waiter was very good but not overly friendly—took away bread and apps very fast but the main meal took a long time. Asked the restaurant for a birthday dessert and they did not do that for me.

Food & service great!! It’s a small space. On cold nights, the door opens and the tables by the front get some fresh cold air. Highly recommend a reservation.

My husband and I celebrated our 5year anniversary last night and chose to spend it at the winery at grace inn. We always have an exceptional time. The food is amazing, I had the lamb meatball, beet raviloi, and ube pie; my husband got the wedge salad, hangar steak, and an affogato. Even the service was a 10/10, Candido was very attentive and explained all of the food and wine for the wine pairing option we chose. We also love the tasting room and have been there on several occasions. The wine, food, and service never disappoint.
