- RRobertNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat a classic spot. The place was packed! Every floor of the restaurant was full and still the service was attentive and enjoyable. Great menu and wine selection. Best jumbo shrimp cocktail I’ve had in a very long time. The bread pudding was delicious. The filet mignon outstanding.More infoHistoric John's GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Union Square•4.7

It also was very tough. Did not seem to be a fillet. When we had coffee, the cream was bad. They didn’t have any more so they brought us some streamed milk - not the same.More infoBistro BoudinPrice: Moderate• American• Fisherman's Wharf•4.4
