Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality.     Amazing experience. Food, staff, atmosphere were all outstanding. Staff made you feel important and answered all of our questions, even those not concerning the food. Food, just can’t compare it to anything else, I have never had such a flavorful and cooked to perfection steak as that. Atmosphere was great at 5pm. Quiet and calm. Best meal I have ever had.

    We’ve wanted to try The Edison for years and it didn’t disappoint. The ambiance and theming were magnificent, only outdone by our sweet server Sabrina and the incredible musicians. The mocktails are fantastic as was the clothesline bacon and grilled cheese. My only warning is that make sure you’re hungry for the grilled cheese, as it’s massive!

    Very cute place with friendly vibe. The food and service were excellent! The gumbo and lobster bisque were superb! Amanda was our server, perfect! We would definitely recommend. Just down the street from the Kia Center. Great pre show find.
