The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! Fantastic place to meet our daughter for a meal prior to going to the pantomime. Excellent service, attentive staff and time to chat and enjoy an beautiful meal. Excellent mushy peas and tartare sauce complemented the fantastic fish & chips. Plus Tiramisu to die for .

We changed our reservation three times and every time we’re met with quick efficient positive responses. On the night Mike the manager went above and beyond to give us a really special evening. They were super busy but everything was fast and good. The food was delicious I had the Kiev and big portions to boot. Go there now! It’s superb. Thanks Mike.
