Best Historic Restaurants in Hellertown

Great and charming and yummy Easy to get to and great service

Easy to book a reservation. Ended up seated in a cramped area right by the service entrance door which was really annoying when there where plenty of tables available. That is one of the reasons for the score. Service was attentive, but not amazing, especially at that price point. The Mimosa flight was fun and the eggs Benedict flight on point. We would definitely go back again.

If you like quaint, historic towns and beautiful, historic buildings, then Historic Hotel Bethlehem is for you! The building is exquisite! The ambiance is amazing, the service is top notch, it doesn't get much better than this! We were in town to see a show and we weren't up for a huge dinner but we had a few things. We shared the Shrimp Cocktail, which consisted of 3 Colossal Shrimp (a little chewy, actually), I would've preferred 4 slightly smaller, more tender shrimp but they were still very tasty. My hubby ordered the Hotel B Burger with gruyere cheese. It was cooked perfectly and was a juicy, delicious burger! I ordered the Hotel B Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. The salad was delicious, the portion was actually more than I could eat but it certainly was very good. We also had a round of cocktails, which we also enjoyed. Overall, we will definitely be back! We want to stay at the hotel, enjoy some dinner entrees next time and stay for Sunday Brunch. This place is definitely on our Must-Do list for another trip!

Delicious food. Original, well balanced cocktails. Warm inviting atmosphere. Friendly, accommodating service. The Spanish teriyaki lamb chops are inspired. The paella is like a trip to Spain.
