A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty!     The Emmy burger is an absolute must if you eat here. I’ve heard people rave about it and was very pleased that my high expectations were met!! Service was great - we got our food and drinks so quick. Definitely coming back here next time I’m in NYC

    Went to Neir's for dinner and Trivia. Their Happy Hour special is a great deal - 3 app combo for $12.99! They also have drink specials. After chowing down, it was Wiseguys Trivia time. The quwstions ranged from "Everyone knows that!" to "Who knows that?!?!" and everthing in between. Always a fun time!

    I had the Oaxaca chicken and it was excellent. The chicken was tender and the accompanying beans and eggplant in the mole sauce was sublime. The mole was complex with a little bit of heat which I loved. I scraped the left over mole up with tortilla chips. The service was in point. They are friendly and efficient, but never make you feel rushed.
