Best Historic Restaurants in Sacramento

This has to be one of the most understated restaurants in Sactown. The food is always on point, meaning they deliver with great taste wiht a twist of flavoring that adds an extra layer of flavor profile. Tried their pork belly and it was odd the charts. Also their mussel dish with yucca is always a hit. Their main courses deliver! You get veg and starch, plus quality food. I often get so disappointed at other more established places where the food is so inconsistent. This is a must and prices wise it's reasonable. The wait staff does a very good job. Hats off the guys in the kitchen. The seasonal Cornish hen was money.

The restaurant staff was very gracious upon our arrival. Our guest count changed and our arrival time changed. However, they were able to seat us quickly and the service was amazing. This was a memorable Christmas Eve dinner and we really appreciate your extra efforts and the food was delicious. Thank you.!

The chicken sandwich was delicious. The service was top notch.

Really great location, ambience and food. Service that we received wasn’t great. Waitress didn’t seem to care for us at all. Live music was super loud. Hard to talk but good music.
