- CClaytonNew Mexico •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe service is very good from the moment we arrived. Seating in the lounge was comfortable. Our waiter named Dan introduced himself and was pleasant and upbeat. The menu is very interesting and that gave each of us excitement about what to select. We had oysters, polenta, sweet beet salad, steak, scallops, sweet squash, seafood variety on rice, and flan with rum-flavored cream and chocolate mousse favored cake with salt favored caramel ice cream. All of the food was creatively prepared and presented. We were greeted cheerfully by the hostess and thanked by everyone for having dinner there. We expected excellent food, drinks and service, and that’s what the Palace Prime experience was for us tonight. We look forward to another wonderful dinning experience there! - JJimVIPBerlin •96 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had an excellent “before Desert Chorale performance” meal at Pink Adobe and it was simply amazing. The enchiladas - chicken for one of us and shrimp for the other. Both were some of the best enchiladas we have ever had (and we have eaten our fair share of enchiladas). The shrimp were probably the better of the two if we had to choose. They were cut in to chunks (easier to take a bite), seasoned well and flash fried. So tender and juicy! Paired with a crisp Albariño it made a great dining experience. We’ll be back soon!More infoThe Pink AdobePrice: Expensive• Mexican / Southwestern• Santa Fe•4.6
