Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." Utilizing his extensive culinary background and brewing education, Rouben approaches brewing with a chef's mindset. The menu selection and variety tremendous. Best lobster roll and wedge salad I’ve ever had, beautifully prepared and the chef did not cut back on the serving size to cut corners unlike most restaurants. Well with the price which is not inexpensive. Much better than I ever remembered the Gage being in prior years, to bad we have to leave town and could not go again. But we will be back. Our server, Crystal G was over the top in her help selecting choices and in her attentiveness . A wonderful luncheon spot for sure and I’ve been to the best of the best around the world.

That was the best and most tender Octopus I've ever eaten in my life and I've been to 5 different countries and around 15 states so I've eaten it a few times. It was the best and a fraction of the cost of even back home in Oklahoma. In Tulsa, that meal would have ran $150 but my check was was a fraction of that. You should try it.
