Best Historic Restaurants in Villanova

We had an excellent meal on a holiday weekend in a quiet small room by ourselves. Because of hearing issues, that was most welcome. The food was superb and the waiter was charming and helpful. We all three had different fishes and shared the wild mushroom toast and unbelievably good hummus with warm pita. Much appreciated on a cold night!

We loved our Thanksgiving dinner, a great selection and all entrees very good to excellent. Our server was very friendly, prompt and accomodating. Definately recommend!

We celebrated a birthday and our entire experience was perfect. Three of us enjoyed the beet and kale appetizer, and one person ordered the pate. They were both delicious. We ordered the duck, the Moroccan chicken and the sea bass entrees and all were cooked to perfection. The noise level was perfect, even though the tables were within close proximity to one another. The service staff was very cordial and attentive. We would dine here again.

Outstanding service from a new server. Excellent food. Don't want to say too many good things. Those people from Montgomery county might start coming here.

The inside is beautiful and interesting. The menu is varied. The servers seem inexperienced. The table was not cleared of appetizers before the entrees were served and we had to then wait for the right silverware and sharing plates. The waygu steak was delicious and well seasoned. The tuna appetizer was delicious. Burger was interesting but a little over the top. Will go back.
