Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Trujillo Alto

I love Morton’s, and it is one of my family’s favorite restaurants, but the last few times, the food hasn’t been served hot. Good, but not hot. It arrives at room temperature and not as if it just came out of the kitchen.

Juan was a great server, gave excellent recommendations from the menu. Save room for dessert, the salted caramel dish was amazing.

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. We had an amazing dinner experience at Eter Rooftop! The signature cocktails were absolutely fantastic and a perfect start to the evening. For dinner, I ordered the steak and gnocchi, while my husband had the chicken breast with plantain. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and we were thoroughly impressed with the flavors and presentation. The service was exceptional—our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for her! To top it all off, the view was breathtaking, making it a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend Eter Rooftop for a special night out!

Fantastic experience at Cocina Abierta! The food and presentation were amazing. Truly a 5-star experience. We had the 5-course tasting menu and each course was great. Our favorite was the tuna carpaccio and beefsteak, but all were excellent. Puerto Rican fine dining at its best!
