Great valentines dinner, cauliflower was amazing and not what you expect (give it a go as I don’t like cauliflower either!). Wine list could do with a bit of work bit minor gripe; how come this guy hasn’t got a Michelin star?

Second visit. First time having 6 courses (Sunday lunch service). All round excellent. The small kitchen is busy, industrious yet calm, efficient and creative. Front of house - Kate and Grace on this particular occasion - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and super efficient. It’s pointless recounting what we had, because everything changes all the time. Just go with an open mind and prepare to enjoy everything that’s put in front of you. One piece of advice: always have the bread and, if you can and do drink, always have the exquisitely curated drinks pairing, the “flight”. This is Exeter’s (St. Leonard’s) genuine little gem. Long May it go from strength to strength. Sustainable, local, innovative, deliciously delightful.

This is our favourite pub, we especially love a lazy Sunday after a long walk. Nothing better than a Millbrook Roast and some live music! The team are incredible, food delicious, fantastic drink selection and the perfect ambience! I've always wanted to gatekeep this little gem but it doesn't seem fair 🌟

Stunning location and great atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The food was devine - all 3 courses were delicious. Any the wine was lovely and reasonable value. All in all a memorable meal.
