Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Overtown

Jaya is an unreal experience. The food is unbelievable. I have been at least ten times and it always blows me away. This restaurant is a must. Not only is the food exceptional, but the ambiance is magnificent. You get to see extremely talented performers and listen to upbeat and fun music. The drinks are also delicious but definitely expensive so I would recommend simply going for the food and having a drink either before or after on your own. But, if you want to spend a little extra then get the Lychee martini.

A favorite “go to” with company visiting. Worth a little traffic from MIAMI BEACH! Checks all of the boxes with delicious fresh fish & great service!! Request a table outside on the water and GO!!!

The food was amazing. It was fresh and they put a lot of effort into presentation. The food comes out pretty quickly and I could appreciate having multiple wait staff attend to the table. It took us almost 20 mins to be seated after our reservation time. But it was Christmas Day so maybe that’s the reason. I would definitely go back. Order the Wagu tacos.

As for the service, the staff was attentive and friendly, always willing to recommend dishes and make sure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism really stood out and contributed to making the evening memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant was cosy and well decorated, creating a perfect space to enjoy a good meal. The soft lighting and background music complemented the experience, making me feel relaxed and content. All in all, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back.

I had expectations before I arrived but when I arrived and all through my time there, I had the best service and it exceeded my expectations! Love the atmosphere and hospitality. The food was amazing and cocktails was top of the line.
