We went on Paella night (Monday) during Seattle Restaurant Week for a fixed price 3-course menu at $50/person. We, a party of two, ordered shishito peppers (too spicy hot for us!), lettuce gem salad with goal cheese ad apple, maristo paella, roast pig, flan and cheesecake to share. Food came out piping hot (a sign of a good restaurant). The paella was the best that I have had so far across continents. The generous portions of seafood was cooked just right and the rice was piping hot. The roast pork was tasty. The desserts were amazing, especially the kumquat caramel glaze on the flan. We paired our meal with two glasses of Oregon pinot noir. Everything was perfect! Oh, the service was also great!

We had the most wonderful experience last night celebrating my Husband’s Birthday. From the sweet hostess who seated us in the cutest booth and wished my husband a happy birthday, to our kind, knowledgable waitress - it was the most welcoming place we had been in years. There was a genuine and authentic care you felt from the staff. The dinner we had could have been the best meal we have had in our lives. The wine list was huge and the ones we chose from France were perfection. Our meals were full of flavor and cooked masterfully. There wasn’t a single thing I would change about our selections. To top it off, they brought out fluffy buttermilk “Happy Birthday” beignets with a single candle to complete our night. We would come back here time and time again. The tea light candles all around, the warm ambiance, friendly staff and outstanding food made for the most magical evening together. 5 Stars all around.
