We chose to order both the omnivore & the vegetarian experiences and then shared the dishes. Both menu's were outstanding. My favorite dish from the vegetarian was the truffle spoonbread and my husbands was the sunchoke carpaccio. My favorite from the omnivore menu was the Trout Glacage and for my husband he said it was a tie between the Trout and Chilean Seabass.
