Bricco’s star has been rising steadily since restaurateur Frank DePasquale revamped the menu to feature modern interpretations of regional Italian dishes. Bricco has garnished superlative reviews from food writers in Boston and around the country – Best Guaranteed Meal in the North End and Best Pasta in Boston just two of the most recent accolades. The talented kitchen team creates “boutique” Italian food, so-called because it is unique, personal and created for a select and sophisticated diner. Committee draws inspiration from the modern day “ouzeri,” a casual meeting spot that can be found throughout Greece. It’s the kind of welcoming place where people get together to talk, relax, and bond over a fresh-made meal. Greeks know that delicious food sets the stage for a great meeting—whether you’re discussing a business deal or simply catching up with old friends. Committee, conceived by a Greek chef, embraces this tradition. Committee veers from the expected by designing its menu around “Meze”—a culinary concept that encourages people to sample and share. Our creative chefs prepare small sharable plates that are brought to the table throughout the meal, allowing diners to experience a wide range of dishes featuring only the freshest local ingredients. If unforgettable food, a fun crowd, and an electric urban scene are on your agenda, the consensus is Committee.

Excellent service. Consistently good food. Dan Dan noodles, soup dumplings, Tangerine Chicken and basic chicken and broccoli all great. Had my first hot pot - delicious but definitely better if everyone is getting it.

I ordered my steak "black and blue" and it was a bit over cooked to my liking. Since sending it back stresses out my husband I decided to keep it but was none the less disappointed in part because I had eaten half of it before the server even checked on us. Had he checked on us sooner I would have likely sent it back. I am always surprised when steak houses can't get steak doneness perfected.

Delicious!! Tight quarters with the tables but that’s every North end restaurant. Delicious food and drinks but they don’t serve desert. Need to go to their bakery next door but given it was Christmas Eve Eve, there were lines out of every bakery door!! Good service and not bad prices. They have valet ($30) but didn’t realize and my husband dropped us off and parked in the lot down the street. They won’t seat you until your full party is together. Overall would definitely recommend.

Impressed by this establishment. We wanted fine dining in Boston and we got it. I had the halibut and it was amazing. My husband had a steak, also amazing. My daughter and son were able to slit the heritage chicken and it was plenty. Sides are shareable. My husband’s brown sugar old fashioned was Pinterest worthy. I had an espresso martini x 2 with amazing taste and a frosted glass which kept it cold for the little time that it lasted. Ambiance is elegant. They were well decorated for Christmas. Coat check was a nice surprise. The service was impeccable. We will return.
