He was so helpful and recommended the best specialty sushi that wasn’t raw! Often times, servers will speak fast and rush you, but I did not feel this with Kauă. He was patient, kind and really catered to my needs of why could not eat raw sushi. Food: Chef’s kiss. Everything was a 10/10. My husband wasn’t in the mood for sushi but quickly changed his mind after eating and thanked me so much for picking this restaurant for dinner. We will be back. The freshness and size of the sushi is worth every penny. I didn’t feel skimp by size like other places I have tried. Ambience: The restaurant dark, moody decor was jaw dropping! The owner did an amazing job to the details. Parking: There’s a parking garage below the restaurant and the first two hours are free.
