This was our first time, so we didn't really know how it all worked. I'm sure we looked a little lost. An employee, Ashley, came up and explained everything to us. She was very helpful and then escorted us to our dining reservation. The service was quick, and the food was amazing. I loved my smash burger! My only complaint is the Pepsi products. I'm a Coke person :). Had such a fun time in the arcade after dinner. So many games to choose from! After playing, we went to the prize store or whatever it's called. The place where you exchange the tickets you've won for prizes. I was very pleasantly surprised at their exchange rate. It was very reasonable.
