From Amanda, the General Manager, to the attentive staff, and the inviting ambiance, everything was top-notch. The food was outstanding, making the entire experience a perfect 10/10. Overall we really enjoy BJ's. My biggest issue is that the food is never actually hot. Last night the french fries were not even warm, as if they had been sitting for a long time, borderline cold. The burger was warm, not hot. It was cold be the time I ate the second half. I am not sure why food can not be brought to a table hot. This is not a new thing. Very disappointing that servers can not bring food out to customers hot.
