    We loved our dinner at Nightingale. We had the creamy butternut squash agnolotti, amberjack crudo, tasty beet salad, chorizo and pepperoncini, honey pizza. Everything was excellent and satisfying. One of the highlights was the clams and spaghetti. It was so creamy and the pasta was cooked to perfection! The servers were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We will come back again!

    Awesome service and delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. The food presentation is beautiful and is served promptly. I highly recommend the scallops and if available the, uni. The brussel sprouts are addictive. I will have the lamb on my next visit. For desert, the Green Tea Opera is outstanding! Don’t miss this gem in Vancouver!

    Our server was so awesome, we deal with some food allergies and our server took extreme care to make sure everything was good,even the manager came by to drop off our appy and was great , they made us feel like we were important. Food was presented well was hot and was delicious. We used to go to the Boathouse regularly for birthday’s and such but not anymore, this is where we are coming.

    Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!
