Everything was perfect, and our server (I believe their name was Nick) went above and beyond with their helpfulness and expertise. The food was phenomenal (get the quail), and the overall atmosphere was flawless. My husband summed it up best: “My only critique is that I’m not still there eating the food.” Truly a 20/10 experience—we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable!More infoDaisies ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Logan Square•4.7

We've not eaten anything there that has left us disappointed. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, we feel very comfortable here. They have a kids selection as well, you just have to ask for it. I'd say it's kid friendly for children who dine out often, especially at upscale places. The cocktails and wine selection are great. We love this place, it's our "go-to" when we need something that will make everyone happy easily.More infoMain Street SocialPrice: Expensive• Italian• Libertyville•4.6
- NNickChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoBoka is a true gem in Chicago’s culinary scene, delivering a dining experience that is as polished as it is memorable. My visit to this Michelin-starred restaurant was marked by inventive dishes, artful presentations, and attentive service that made the evening special. We began with the lightly kured kampachi, a delicate starter that balanced freshness with an umami depth. The fish was melt-in-your-mouth tender, complemented beautifully by subtle citrus and herbal accents. It was an excellent introduction to the meal, highlighting Boka’s focus on precision and flavor. Next came the ricotta gnudi, which was nothing short of divine. Each tender bite was a pillowy cloud of ricotta perfection, surrounded by a light, flavorful sauce that brought everything together. The dish managed to feel both decadent and restrained, showcasing a mastery of balance. The star of the meal, however, was undoubtedly the whole duck. Presented with flair and carved tableside, it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The duck was cooked to perfection—crispy, golden skin encased tender, flavorful meat that paired wonderfully with its accompaniments. It’s clear this dish is a signature for a reason, and it delivered on every promise. The atmosphere at Boka is sophisticated yet welcoming, with warm lighting and chic décor that sets the tone for an upscale yet unpretentious dining experience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience with excellent recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout the evening. In summary, Boka lives up to its reputation, offering a well-rounded experience that blends culinary artistry wi th impeccable service. The whole duck alone is worth a return visit, and I’m eager to explore more of what the menu has to offer. Highly recommended for a special occasion or a night to indulge in one of Chicago’s finest dining spots.More infoBokaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Lincoln Park•4.8

- DDanielChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 11, 2025This is our favorite spot for a number of reasons. Namely the staff and the service. Sure the food is great. Cocktails are wonderful. But the staff in the star of the show. Always welcoming. Always courteous. They really are what makes the experience at Mickey Finns great each and every time. In my humble opinion no other bar/restaurant in Libertyville hold a candle to Mickey Finns in this regard. Thank you. Appreciate you. See you around the way soon.More infoMickey Finns BreweryPrice: Moderate• Brewery• Libertyville•4.6
