We understand they recently redecorated and it looks like a Moroccan scene with arched entryways and middle eastern style. A piano player fills the place with all types of music which is one reason you know you’re not in Algiers. The other is the fantastic menu items which were strongly American. We had a prime filet that was very tender and tasty and a two inch thick grouper that matched. The waitress had been there for four years and was able to cover her stations with easy. Always available and cheerful. This was a special occasion (birthday) and we were served a complimentary dessert. Wow! My wife and I drove 1 hour to try this place and it did not disappoint at all. The service was flawless Melody was there like a genie anytime we needed something. Which is now my favorite server and will be requesting ! All her food suggestions was great ! Potato skins and Chrystal shrimp were full of flavor and spices ! Hurricane drink my wife loved ! I will be making this a place to travel often and bringing my followers as well! This place gives New Orleans love and feel!
