We changed the head count 4x on the rez and the team always responded, “No problem, with pleasure!” Professional and welcoming, seamless and perfectly timed (some of us were heading to a show). The steaks were all at a perfect cook and other highlights were the lump crab app, the tuna tataki and the creamed spinach. 10 on 10, Sam was great with a difficult group. Thanks you!
